These terms cover your use of the wehandle.tax website and the enquiry, guide-download, and "Get started" forms on it. They are not the contract that applies once you become a client — that's set out separately in your Letter of Engagement, which takes precedence for anything to do with the accountancy or bookkeeping services we actually provide.

This website is operated by Virtual CFO Ltd (company number 07430019), registered at 118 Watermoor Point, Watermoor Road, Cirencester, GL7 1LF, trading as wehandle.tax.

Using this website

• You can browse the site and read our free guides without giving us any information.
• If you fill in a form, you're confirming that the details you give us are accurate and that you're allowed to give them to us — for example, don't submit someone else's contact details without their say-so.
• Submitting a form doesn't create a client relationship or a contract for services. It's the start of a conversation — we'll agree formal terms with you separately (a Letter of Engagement) before doing any paid work.

The content on this website — including pricing, guides, and service descriptions — is general information, not personalised tax or accountancy advice. Your specific circumstances may change what applies to you, so please don't act on anything here without talking to us first. Prices shown are starting-from prices; your actual quote will depend on your circumstances.

How we handle the information you give us through this site is covered in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The text, design, and guides on this site belong to Virtual CFO Ltd unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to download and use our free guides for your own personal or business reference, but please don't republish or resell them.

This site links to and embeds third-party services — including Tally (for our "Get started" form) and Dropbox (for guide downloads). We're not responsible for the content or availability of those services; using them is subject to their own terms.

Liability

We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the website itself (as opposed to services provided under a signed Letter of Engagement, which are covered by the terms of that engagement).
